I'm also newly excited because I just searched Project Gutenberg for some of my own favorite childhood classics and a few I've been wanting to read, and I've found a few, which will definitely save me money and give me a lot of enjoyment!
Here's some of what I found:
- all of the LM Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables books
- Bram Stocker's Dracula
- Homer's The Iliad
- probably all of Shakespeare's plays
- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, etc.
- Faust, which I really need to read (Goethe)
-Dante's Divine Comedy
And lots of other fantastic things...
